Santa Rosa police Wednesday arrested a homeless man on suspicion of stealing another homeless man’s car.

According to police, the 28-year-old victim told police he was standing outside his car in the 600 block of Morgan Street around 11 a.m. when the suspect, identified as Henok Fessehay Tewolde, 34, approached and threatened him with a knife.

The victim ran away, police said, and Tewolde drove off with the car, which contained the victim’s belongings.
