An Analy High School senior and a recent Analy graduate remained in serious and critical condition Thursday after a four-vehicle crash on Highway 128 in Napa County on Sunday.

Carlos Torres, 20, who graduated from Analy in 2015, lost control of a 1988 Porsche Targa and veered into the opposite lane, colliding with a 2017 Ford Explorer.

The Healdsburg resident suffered severe head trauma in the 2:45 p.m. Sunday crash and remained in critical condition Thursday at Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa, said St. Joseph Health spokeswoman Vanessa DeGier.

A passenger in the Porsche, Zane Hess, an 18-year-old senior at Analy, was in serious condition at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Excessive speed on the rural highway west of Lake Berryessa caused Torres to lose control, according to the CHP.

The driver of the Explorer, Manbirpaul Dhillon, 38, of Yuba City, was traveling with two children, ages 3 and 6, along with Manish Dhillon, 33, also from Yuba City. All were taken to Queen of the Valley hospital, where they were treated and released.

The collision also caused two motorcyclists to crash, but neither rider was injured, according to the CHP.
