Donations sought for Analy student-athlete injured at Sonoma Coast

Friends are collecting donations toward Analy High School senior Carson Pforsich's rehabilitation after he suffered a spinal cord injury over the weekend.|

Friends are collecting donations toward Analy High School senior Carson Pforsich’s long-term rehabilitation and family expenses related to what’s likely to be a lengthy out-of-county stay.

Pforsich suffered serious injuries Sunday in a Sonoma Coast accident that injured his spine and left him with significant paralysis. He dove into a wave and unexpectedly hit bottom during a swim off Pinnacle Gulch in Bodega Bay.
