Tell us: How have the Sonoma County fires affected your mental health?

A month after the devastating fires, we want to know how they are affecting you.|

More than a month has passed since wildfires tore through the North Bay, killing dozens of residents, destroying homes and businesses and displacing thousands. For those who lost a loved one, a home or pet, the emotional blow and trauma has been profound and enduring.

But even those whose homes were spared experienced an historic community-wide disaster. Health experts warn of the need to address the mental health impacts of the recent fires.

We want to know how the fires are affecting you one month later. If you'd like to share your story, please tell us the extent of your loss and what you are now feeling. When does it hit you? What does it feel like physically and emotionally? What triggers it?
