Did you lose your bicycle in the Sonoma County fires?

The Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition wants to replace it this Sunday.|

The Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition is handing out free bicycles to people who lost their own during the October fires.

The coalition, in partnership with area bicycle shops, fire departments and other businesses, collected 700 new and used bicycles to give away to children and adults whose homes burned in the fires. They will be dispersed from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday at Highway 12 Vineyards & Winery, 21481 8th Street East, Ste. 4, in Sonoma.

Anyone interested in receiving a bicycle needs to bring a proof of residency from within the burn area.
