A mobile home in Rohnert Park was destroyed by fire Sunday afternoon.

The mobile home’s three residents had left about 25 minutes before neighbors noticed smoke coming from under the home and the windows about 1 p.m., Rohnert Park Public Safety said in a statement. Firefighters had the flames under control in about 20 minutes.

The fire likely started around the bathroom.

The three residents were displaced and a 10-month-old black cat was missing. Anyone who finds the cat is asked to call Rohnert Park Animal Services.
