Kenwood Inn and Spa reopens after October wildfires

Kenwood Inn & Spa officially reopened Wednesday, more than five months after the Mediterranean-style luxury resort was closed due to smoke damage from October's wildfires.

Along with cleaning the entire property, renovations included refreshing all 29 guest rooms and suites and updating the lobby, cabanas and other public spaces. A remodeled spa will be completed this summer, and renovations continue in the inn's meeting and private event spaces.

“Our team looks forward to welcoming back longtime guests as well as introducing Kenwood hospitality to new ones,” general manager Scarlett Graham said in a statement.

The inn employs a staff of 37.

Four Sisters Inns, a Monterey-based boutique hotel group, was acquired early this year by an in-house executive team. It owns seven other Wine Country businesses.
