Napa man who died in fire likely a suicide

Napa County fire and law enforcement officials say a 24-year-old Napa man who died in a fire Wednesday is believed to have set himself ablaze in a suicide.

An autopsy scheduled for Friday may reveal more, but "all indications are that it's going to be (ruled) a suicide," Napa County Sheriff's Capt. Tracey Stuart said.

Fire crews were called shortly before noon to a structure fire on Monroe Street where Kyle Wilson Domingo lived with his parents, but the house was never on fire, Napa Fire Capt. Steve Becker said.

Domingo was badly burned when he was found outside, next to the house, however, and was shortly pronounced dead by paramedics, Becker said.
