Ubaldo Ramirez, 23, shot to death his father, Calixto Ramirez, 51, and attempted to kill his brother, Miguel Ramirez, 30, who were found in a pickup on Highway 101 between Willits and Ukiah, a sheriff’s official said Tuesday.

The truck was stopped in a northbound lane of the highway, south of an area known as Golden Rule.
