The robber arrived at 1:18 a.m. and left at 1:19 a.m. with cash from the register, according to Rohnert Park police.|

It took less than a minute for an armed suspect to rob a Rohnert Park convenience store, police said Monday.

The suspect entered the A&L Market on East Cotati Avenue at 1:18 a.m. Wednesday, showed the clerk a semi-automatic handgun and forced him to open the register, Rohnert Park police Cmdr. Aaron Johnson said. By 1:19 a.m., the man walked out with an undisclosed amount of cash, Johnson said.

Johnson said police have not identified the suspect, whose face was covered during the robbery. There was no one else in the store besides the clerk.
