Kelseyville man killed in Lake County crash

The driver ran off Highway 29 on Tuesday, according to the CHP.|

A 26-year-old Kelseyville man died after he crashed while driving Highway 29 and struck a tree, according to the CHP.

The man was identified as Joshua William Moore, 26, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.

About 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Moore was driving south on the rural highway near Kelseyville. South of Highland Springs Road his 2002 GMC Yukon crossed the northbound lane, ran off the road and hit the tree, according to the CHP.

The man died in the crash. He wasn’t wearing a seat belt.
