Big rig crash, fuel leak forces closure of Highway 101 lane near Hopland

The crash tied up traffic near Hopland early Friday.|

A big rig crashed on Highway 101 northbound near Hopland Friday morning, tying up traffic in the area.

The 7:50 a.m. accident caused the truck to flip on its side, closing one lane of traffic as emergency crews responded to the scene, according to CHP dispatch logs.

A small fuel leak was also reported in the roadway. No additional information about the accident was immediately available.
