Two East Bay men arrested after break-in at Cotati home

Two East Bay men were booked into the Sonoma County Jail on Tuesday after a Cotati resident returned home to find the men reportedly stealing his computer, police said.

Bobby Eugene Moore, 21, of Hercules and Carl Aroldo Williams Jr., 24, of Richmond were both booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property, conspiracy and burglary. Each is being held on $500,000 bond.

A resident of the 8000 block of Dorfman Drive returned home about 11 a.m. Tuesday and found the suspects in his kitchen. The men ran out of the house, carrying the victim's laptop, Cotati police said.

The victim wrote down and reported the license plate from the men's vehicle. Area police agencies were alerted and the suspects were pulled over on Hwy. 580 by a Marin County Sheriff's deputy and the CHP.

Investigators found the laptop in the car, police said.

Cotati police officers then took two men into custody.
