Santa Rosa police are looking for a man with a gun suspected of robbing two people in west Santa Rosa.

Detectives suspect the same man was involved in both holdups, which happened outside nearby businesses Detective Sgt. Josh Ludtke said Monday.

Saturday, the robber held up a person parked outside Camacho Market on Sebastopol Road store about 9:05 p.m. and Sunday a person was robbed just before noon while in the parking lot of the Exchange Bank on Dutton Avenue. That victim had just used an ATM at the bank.

Ludtke said detectives were talking to witnesses and checking surveillance tapes. They also contacted regional law enforcement agencies to see if similar crimes had occurred.
