Driver suspected of DUI in collision with motorcycle near Clearlake

A Lucerne woman was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of driving under the influence after she caused a crash that injured two people on a motorcycle, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Jolyn Jennifer Johnson, 31, was arrested after she turned her 2004 Infiniti into the path of a motorcycle on Highway 20 at about 8:45 p.m., the CHP said.

Bobby Glen Hendry Jr., 33, and the passenger on his Harley Davidson, Terra Noel England, 24, both of Orland, suffered moderate injuries when the motorcycle and car collided, the CHP said.

Johnson suffered minor injuries.
