Sonoma State University athletic director Bill Fusco to retire

Bill Fusco will officially retire Dec. 31 following 20 years at the helm of the Seawolves.|

Bill Fusco, senior director of intercollegiate athletics at Sonoma State University, will officially retire from his position Dec. 31 following 20 years at the helm of the Seawolves.

Named AD in 1997, Fusco guided the department into its era of athletic scholarship and oversaw a program that won NCAA Division II national championships in men's soccer (2002) and men's golf (2009).
