Food writer Clark Wolf hosting Guerneville garden party

Well-known food writer and consultant Clark Wolf will play host at the Spring Garden Celebration May 3 at Guerneville School.

Chef Crista Luedke, the owner of Boon Eat + Drink. Big Bottom Market and El Barrio at the Boon Hotel and Spa, will be on hand as well for a cooking demonstration. Luedtke recently won an episode of local celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s “Grocery Games” cooking show.

The day of festivities takes place at The Guerneville School garden and Luther Burbank Orchard. Volunteer awards, a silent auction, free crafts for kids and a plant sale are among the activities taking place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entry is free but donations are gladly accepted. 14630 Armstrong Woods Road, Guerneville.
