CHP trying to identify men killed in fiery Lake County crash

The identities of two men killed in a fiery Lake County crash over the weekend were still undetermined late Sunday.

The two men were ?in a blue 2005 Toyota ?Scion traveling at a high rate of speed that went out of control and hit a tree early Saturday morning before bursting into flames.

The vehicle was traveling westbound on Morgan Valley Road, east of Bonham Road, near Lower Lake, when it hit the tree around 2:30 a.m., the CHP said. Fire personnel extinguished the flames.

The CHP was still trying to identify the men Sunday.
