Diane Berthinier has been hired as senior vice president of lending at Redwood Credit Union. Redwood also has promoted Laura Roberts to vice president of retail lending and Jeff Hudson to vice president of real estate sales.

Berthinier previously worked as a commercial regional vice president at Tri Counties Bank. Roberts joined Redwood in 2014 as an assistant vice president of mortgage lending. Hudson also has been at the credit union since 2014, initially as vice president of retail lending.

Dr. Vishal Patel has joined Northern California Medical Associates’ Cardiovascular Services team in Santa Rosa. He received his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, completed his residency in internal medicine at UC San Francisco and pursued fellowship training in both interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease.

Melinda Walker and Alan S. Biggi have been named partners in the Santa Rosa public accounting firm of Dal Poggetto & Company LLP.

Walker has 21 years of accounting and auditing experience and also serves as the firm’s professional practice director. Biggi has 15 years experience in assurance, consulting and income tax services, including two years with international accounting firm KPMG in its Silicon Valley office.

James Nobles and Jeff Castello have joined the sales team at Keegan & Coppin/ONCOR International.

Nobles previously worked in commercial and residential construction and joined the administrative staff at Keegan & Coppin as a financial analyst in 2013. Castello has worked in commercial banking and medical technology sales, and his new position in sales and leasing will include serving firms in the medical technology sector.

Susan Adams has been appointed the HR executive-in-residence for the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University. She currently teaches human resource management courses in the university’s undergraduate, master’s and professional development programs.
