Anna Krajna has been named human resources leader for the Marin-Sonoma Service Area of Kaiser Permanente. Since 2017, she has served as human resources leader at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara. She previously worked as a director of strategic workforce management and development. Before joining the health care institution, she was director of human resources for Safeway Inc.’s Northern California Division. She has also held leadership roles at LSG Sky Chefs, Dole Foods and Pepsi-Cola General Bottlers.

Candice Raposo has joined the Santa Rosa law firm of Spaulding McCullough & Tansil. She has years of experience in such areas as estate planning, trust administration, real property transfer and tax matters. She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Sonoma County Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Section.

Penny Cleary and Todd Andrus have taken new positions with Santa Rosa’s Redwood Credit Union.

Cleary has been hired as community programs manager. She previously worked 24 years leading fundraising and corporate philanthropy efforts for Sutter Health in Sonoma County.

Andrus is the new manager of the credit union’s Ukiah branch on South Orchard Avenue. He previously worked 16 years for Wells Fargo, the last 10 as a branch manager.

Candace Costello, Cindy Hume and Nicole Tufly have taken new positions with Santa Rosa-based Summit State Bank.

Costello has been named assistant vice president and branch manager of the bank’s Petaluma branch. She has more than 17 years of community banking experience. She previously was a branch manager at WestAmerica Bank.

Hume has been promoted assistant vice president and underwriter. She was hired at the bank in 2015 and has served as a credit analyst. She later managed appraisals and joined the underwriting team in 2017. Before joining the bank she served as a construction industry controller and contract administrator.

Tufly joined the bank this spring. She has 20 years of experience in accounting and financial services. She previously was the accounting manager at Ygrene Energy Fund Inc. and she spent six years as assistant controller for Poppy Bank.

Jeff Wandel has been hired as a service writer and liaison for community outreach for Valley Tire and Brake. He sold the Santa Rosa Big O Tires franchise this summer after ?27 years as its owner.

Sandy O’Shea, Gina Carte and Jennifer Schiavone together have formed the Santa Rosa accounting firm of O’Shea, Carte & Schiavone, which specializes in the wine industry. The three each have more than 15 years of experience in accounting and management. They have worked with private and public companies in a variety of industries.

Daniel Witt has been named president of Sonoma Lab Works, a Santa Rosa-based licensed testing lab for cannabis. He served seven years with Tesla’s business development division and previously worked for U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

Darius Anderson, managing member of Sonoma Media Investments, which owns The Press Democrat, is the CEO of Sonoma Lab Works. The remaining members of the company’s new board of directors are Gary D. Nelson, the founder and chairman emeritus of the Nelson Family of Companies; Henry Hansel, president of the Hansel Auto Group; Marisol G. Lopez, chief of staff at Platinum Advisors; and Frank Yeary, former chairman of CamberView Partners.
