Michael Baskin has joined Petaluma’s Top Speed Data Communications as a technology advisor with the sales team. He recently was a global sales manager for China Telecom Americas and previously has worked for Level 3 Communications, British Telecom, Verizon Business, and AT&T.


Susan Flannery Adams, Corinne Antipa, Liz Martin, Robert May and Shelby Milanez have been appointed to the Santa Rosa Symphony’s Board of Directors.

Adams, a Petaluma resident, is a faculty member in business and economics at Sonoma State University.

Antipa, of Santa Rosa, is a longtime member of the Santa Rosa Symphony cello section.

Martin, of Santa Rosa, is a retired real estate agent, a season ticket holder since 1998, a volunteer for the Symphony League and a fundraiser for the symphony’s music education programs.

May, a Windsor resident, is executive director of Fountaingrove Lodge in Santa Rosa and an award-winning composer of classical music.

Milanez is a recent transplant to Santa Rosa from Brooklyn, N.Y., where she spent more than a decade supervising wardrobe departments for various film and television productions.


Randall Dockery has been hired as the director of operations for Petaluma education tech company FrontRow. He most recently served as vice president of customer solutions for Utelogy and previously spent 11 years as senior supply chain manager for Calix.


Bob Casanova has been elected president of the Board of Directors for the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. He is a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice in Santa Rosa.
