The Mendocino County coroner identified Tuesday the two women killed last week in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 20.

Tracy Lane, 50, and Catherine Rhodes, 61, both of Fort Bragg, died after the westbound vehicle they were in rolled down an embankment between Fort Bragg and Willits at about 8:30 p.m. Friday. Lane died at the scene, and Rhodes was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, where she later died, the coroner said.

The driver, Timothy Beltram, 62, of Fort Bragg, was arrested on suspicion of DUI and vehicular manslaughter, authorities said. Mendocino County Jail records indicated he was still in custody Tuesday on $200,000 bond.
