Overnight storm drops 4 inches of snow in North Lake Tahoe

An overnight storm dusted the north side of Lake Tahoe with several inches of snow Sunday night, with precipitation expected to continue into the following day.

Weather stations measured between 1 and 4 inches of new snow around the popular ski and snowboard destination, with a particularly heavy band of snow around Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows.
