Actor Seth Rogen, who famously got married at the Kunde Estate in Sonoma in 2011, is giving back to the area by pledging to help fund Sonoma County school projects.

The "Knocked Up" actor and his screenwriter/actress wife, Lauren Miller Rogen, have joined actor Ashton Kutcher, Tesla CEO Elon Musk and dozens of other celebrities, athletes and business leaders in committing a total of $14 million to fund 11,000 projects in 47 states and Washington, D.C. through the crowdfunding website DonorsChoose.org.

In a tweet on March 10, Miller Rogen said, ".@Sethrogen and I are psyched to fund Sonoma County shool projects as part of #BestSchoolDay! Join us @DonorsChoose http://bit.ly/1YDJByh"

Other donors supporting schools in Bay Area cities and counties include: Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppleman (Oakland), Twitter Co-founder Biz Stone and wife, Livia, (Contra Costa County) and Medium Founder Evan Williams and wife, Sara, (San Francisco County).

You can join the effort by visiting DonorsChoose.org here and giving money to the classroom project of your choice.
