Two drivers died Wednesday morning in a Highway 101 crash in Ukiah, the CHP said.

Andrea O’Leary, 39, of Willits, was traveling north in a 2003 Subaru Outback when she crossed two sets of double yellow lines and veered into the southbound lane, colliding head-on with a 2009 Toyota Tacoma, according to the CHP and the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office. The 8:55 a.m. crash north of Reeves Canyon Road killed her and the Tacoma driver, Melvin Blair, 72, of Santa Rosa, authorities said.

No passengers were in either vehicle. The cause of the crash is still under investigation, CHP said.
