Healdsburg police said they arrested during a traffic stop early Sunday three men, including one for illegally carrying two loaded handguns.

The trio, headed for a nearby casino, were stopped around midnight on Lytton Station Road for broken brake lights and no car registration, Healdsburg Police Sgt. Nick Castaneda said Monday.

Officers searched the car after learning a passenger was wanted on an arrest warrant involving identity theft, while another was on probation involving a drug case. The search turned up the guns, an illegal blackjack baton, fake identifications, checks that appeared to belong to other people and small amounts of drugs, including heroin, Castaneda said.

Officers arrested driver Dylan Davenport, 26, of Rohnert Park, on suspicion of gun possession, as well as other charges. He remained in jail Monday on $30,000 bail.

Passenger Noire Wilson, a 28-year-old Santa Rosa man wanted in Washington state on the warrant, remained in jail Monday on suspicion of felony identity theft and misdemeanor drug possession. Bail was set at $20,000.

Passenger Gerald Winston, 54, of Daly City, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession but released at the scene.

Officers were checking with the guns’ registered owner Monday, as well as following up on the identifications and checks found in the car, Castaneda said.
