Boyes Hot Springs house hit by falling utility pole

A utility pole crashed into a home on Calle del Monte Street in Boyes Hot Springs on Friday afternoon, but damage was minor and no one was injured. Cynthia Sanchez said it “felt like an earthquake.” PG&E is looking into what caused the pole to fall, according to emergency dispatchers.
