At least with Clinton in office, America wouldn’t be starting to sing “Duck and Cover” in defense of another narcissistic crazy person. All Americans would have affordable health care. She would be on the ground with the flood and hurricane victims consoling them and putting efforts together to get them aid as soon as possible instead of standing on a podium making unrealistic campaign speeches. We would be participating in climate change instead of being an embarrassment to the world.

And, most important, she wouldn’t be in Russia’s back pocket.

Oh my God. A Democratic woman president with a brain, compassion and common sense. How would America survive?

Trump’s diversion

EDITOR: Donald Trump and the Republicans are facing another defeat in their efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act. So what does the president do? He diverts everyone’s attention by taking on the NFL, the NBA and athletes’ First Amendment rights.

Folks, we are being played here. The president has done this time and again. Switch the national conversation away from important issues where the administration is failing and focus it on issues such as Stephen Curry being disinvited to the White House. Gimme a break.

We’re a better country than this.
