People on the move at Sonoma Clean Power, Exchange Bank and more...

The Sonoma Clean Power Authority has added four people to its management team.

Kelly Foley has joined the agency as general counsel. She has 20 years of legal experience including regulatory law positions at both Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Sempra Energy.

Kate Kelly has been named director of public affairs and marketing. She has more than 20 years of marketing, advertising and public relations experience, most recently as a marketing executive at Redwood Credit Union.

Jonna Ramey has been named customer service director. She has more than 20 years experience as a communications and training expert, most recently as administrator at Women for WineSense and project manager at SortedLives.

Amy Rider has been named program manager. She has more than 10 years experience in energy efficiency and green building consulting, most recently serving as a service line leader and knowledge manager for DNV GL, an energy consulting firm.

Scott Sacchi has joined Exchange Bank as vice president of its Trust and Investment Management Department and personal trust fiduciary manager. He has 14 years of personal trust administration and estate planning experience, most recently serving as a personal trust manager with Fidelity Personal Trust Company in Boston.

Yvette Racines has opened The Center for Vital Living, a yoga studio located at 1818 LaPlaza, Suite 106, in Cotati. Lori Priest has been promoted to operations manager at Sequoia Pacific Mortgage Company. For the past five years, she has processed and underwritten loans for the company’s Santa Rosa office. Previously, she was an underwriting manager at National City Mortgage.

Petaluma accountant Scott Stroud and Novato accountant Sandy Magid have merged their firms, creating Magid Stroud Accountancy Corporation.
