Russian River Brewing Co. will hold a job fair on Sept. 17 to hire about 120 people to work at its new brewery and restaurant/brewpub slated to open in Windsor in early October.

The event next week will be held at the Huerta Gymnasium, 9291 Old Redwood Highway, inWindsor, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Open positions include cooks, dishwashers, hosts, security, bartenders, servers and floor supervisors. Starting pay for jobs that earn tips will be the state minimum wage of $11 an hour, while kitchen positions start at $15 an hour, co-owner Natalie Cilurzo said.

The craft brewing company offers workers medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan and life insurance as part of its benefits package. Some employees from the brewer’s Fourth Street Santa Rosa brewpub will transfer to the Windsor location so there likely will be openings there, too, Cilurzo said.
