WWII planes visit Santa Rosa

Aficionados of World War II combat aircrat can visit four restored rarities, including a P-51 Mustang and B-17, B-24 and B-25 bombers. The planes flew in for a three-day visit at the Charles M. Schultz-Sonoma County Airpot.

The nonprofit Collings Foundation will offer walk-through tours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m Thursday and Friday.

No reservations are needed. Rides will be given before and after tours, and flight reservations can be made by calling (978) 562-9182.
