SONOMA VOTES

EDITOR:|

EDITOR: As a native of Sonoma, born at Sonoma Valley Hospital and a

fourth-generation Sonoma Valley resident, I am strongly opposed to the

breaking of the urban growth boundary for the city of Sonoma. In the year

2000, the UGB was placed into effect by citizens to limit urban sprawl.

I encourage the voters of Sonoma Valley to vote yes on the parcel tax

Measure B to support the future well-being of our Sonoma Valley Hospital.

In conclusion, I recommend no on breaking the urban growth boundary and yes

on the parcel tax Measure B.

In addition, I truly appreciate all of the efforts that each individual has

placed toward keeping our hospital open and operating to serve our community.
