Three remaining defendants in a Santa Rosa car show assault involving a group of rappers and a family settled their cases Monday.
Former Rohnert Park resident Robert Flett, 27, and Marin County resident Carl Hastie, 28, each pleaded no contest to two counts of misdemeanor battery for their roles in the June 2012 attack at Youth Community Park.
The two rappers will serve six months in Sonoma County jail and serve one year of probation.
A third defendant, Robert Sandoval, 36, of Santa Rosa, pleaded no contest to fighting in public, also a misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 80 hours of community service.
The men along with two others initially faced felony charges in the attack on Amador Pacheco and his daughters. After hearing the evidence, a jury in August deadlocked in favor of acquittal on most of the allegations but found Flett and Hastie guilty of public fighting.
Prosecutors were deciding whether to pursue a second trial when the settlement was reached. Under the agreements, the remaining charges against the men were dropped.
