Most wanted: The cases behind the names

Here are Sonoma County's 15 most-wanted suspects:

Diego Daniel Carreon, 26, is believed to be in Mexico. He is wanted for his alleged role in the death of Pete Magoulas, who owned Pete's Henny Penny restaurant and died of a heart attack following a robbery at his Penngrove home in 2003.

Francisco Xavier Ochoa, 70, is a former Catholic priest wanted on 10 sexual assault-related charges on a child, which were filed in 2006. He is believed to be in Mexico.

Richard Ismael Arrospide, 18, is wanted on suspicion of murder stemming from a warrant that was filed when he was a minor in 2007. He turned 18 in January 2008 and is also wanted on charges of assault with a firearm and being a member of a criminal street gang. His records remain with the juvenile justice system and specifics were not available, Lt. Chris Spallino said.

Antonio Villalva Garcia, 40, is wanted for his alleged role in a bar shooting that killed one man and injured two others in Boyes Hot Springs in 1999. He is believed to be in Mexico.

Salvador Santos, 40, is wanted on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a man in the back with a 7-inch blade in Santa Rosa in June 2008. Investigators believe he might be in Fresno.

Antonio Bravo Marquez, 44, is wanted on murder charges in the 1996 shooting death of 50-year-old farmworker Alfonso Mendez Martinez. He is believed to be in Mexico.

Marcos Alonso-Jimenez, 24, is wanted on suspicion of vehicle theft, battery with serious bodily injury and various DUI and drug charges. Police have sought him since August 2007.

Armando Rocael Hernandez, 34, is wanted on seven sex crime charges, including the alleged rape of a child under 3 years old. He has been wanted since April 2001.

Emilio Ornelas Patino, 49, is sought on one count of lewd acts with a child under the age of 14 and for violating probation. The date of his violation was unknown.

Jason Andrew Caudill, 38, is wanted on charges of contempt, disobeying a court order and having drug paraphernalia. Though the charges against him are relatively minor, McCaffery said he could be on the most wanted list because he is sought for questioning. He has been wanted since November 2007.

Gonzalo Santos Hernandez, 27, has been wanted since January 2003 on one count of lewd acts with a child under the age of 14 and on a probation violation.

David Rayner Garner, 78, is wanted on child pornography charges and for allegedly committing lewd acts with a child under 14. He has been wanted since October 2001.

Roberto Garcia Carrasco, 31, is wanted on one count of lewd acts with a child under 14 and on a probation violation. He has been wanted since April 2004.

Marciano Hernandez-Roman, 59, is wanted on one count of lewd acts with a child under 14 and on a probation violation. He has been wanted since January 2002.

Luis Antonio Mota Arteaga, 23, has been wanted since February 2006 on nine counts of lewd acts with a child under 14.
