LIVERMORE — Police say two football players from a San Francisco Bay Area high school are under arrest after holding down a freshman teammate and shaving part of his head.

Livermore police spokeswoman Officer Traci Rebiejo (reb-ee-AE-hoe) tells the Contra Costa Times (http://bit.ly/1wzwrY0 ) Monday that the two 17-year-old boys were arrested last week on suspicion of misdemeanor hazing, false imprisonment and battery. She says a third boy could be arrested this week. Their names were not released because they are minors.

Police say the incident occurred in the locker room at about 7 p.m. Wednesday at Livermore Valley Charter Preparatory High School.

They say the victim was not physically harmed other than losing his hair.

Principal Eric Dillie says school administrators are investigating the incident but he had no further comment.
