Police removed 685 marijuana plants from two Clearlake properties Monday, and arrested one man as part of a string of recent eradication efforts.

The two fenced-in lots were in the 16200 block of 42nd Avenue, and contained nothing but the plants, housed in hoop structures, according to a news release from the Clearlake Police Department.

Police also found power and water lines supplying the grows stretching from an adjoining lot.

Juan Diego Licea, 24, of Clearlake, was taken to Lake County Jail on suspicion of cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale.
