Thumbs up: Judge’s fashion statement for beaches
It’s hard for us to imagine any government passing a law requiring people to wear more clothing in winter. So why would there be a mandate at some resorts to wear less clothing in summer?
However, that is effectively what some resort areas in France were doing in prohibiting visitors from wearing a “burkini,” a head-covered swimsuit used by some Muslim women.

The ruling effectively means that all 30 resort communities can no longer issue such bans. It’s safe to such bans may have created too much exposure - legally speaking.
