Sonoma State's volleyball team extended its winning streak to 21 Friday while advancing to the inaugural CCAA Championship title game.|

Sonoma State's volleyball team extended its winning streak to 21 while advancing to the inaugural CCAA Championship title game with a 25-20, 25-20, 25-22 victory over Cal Poly Pomona Friday night in La Jolla.

The Seawolves will play UC San Bernardino for the title Saturday at 7 p.m.

The second set was the most competitive Friday as there were 13 ties before consecutive kills by Lexi Reddick, Emily and Caylie Seitz lifted SSU to victory.

The third set was 23-22 when kills by Rachel Andrews and Kaylie Seitz ended the match.

Caylie Seitz and Madelyn Densberger led SSU with 10 kills apiece.
