Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, May 5, for the one-day Reggae Sunsplash festival, coming July 29 to SOMO (Sonoma Mountain) Village in Rohnert Park.

The festival features British reggae singer Maxi Priest, as well as the bands Third World, Sol Horizon, Mystic Roots, Native Elements and the Mighty Mystic and The Hard Roots Movement.

Priest, who is of Jamaican descent, is credited with becoming one of the first and most successful international reggae fusion stars.

Tickets cost $45 and will be available on line at somoconcerts.com.
