Russian River Brewing Co.’s Pliny the Younger is now on tap in Sonoma, Napa counties. Here’s where to get it
Hold on to your beer steins! Pliny the Younger – Russian River Brewing Co.’s ultra-coveted, limited-release triple IPA – has finally arrived in select bars and restaurants in California and beyond, about seven weeks ahead of the in-person release starting March 22.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the world-famous brew whose annual release draws hundreds of beer fans from around the globe to Sonoma County for a sample of the tasty triple.
While a storm-caused power outage at the brewery’s Windsor facility on Sunday caused minor keg distribution delays and temporary closure of its brewpub, operations and draft distribution were back up and running Tuesday.
Pliny the Younger’s in-person release will take place March 22 through April 4 at Russian River Brewing Co.’s brewpubs in Santa Rosa and Windsor.
