SAN FRANCISCO — A missing 6-year-old girl is safe after Stockton Police found her Wednesday morning and arrested two suspects in the kidnapping.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/1FAIIkF) police canceled the Amber Alert for Ava Bar-Illan, who authorities say went missing in the early morning hours near San Jose.

Police took 39-year-old Maurice Cheadle and 35-year-old Dawn Atkisson into custody at a Stockton home about an hour and a half from San Jose.
