Santa Rosa police seek help finding teen runaway

Santa Rosa Police are asking for help finding a young girl who ran away from a Santa Rosa group home and hasn't been seen in several weeks.

The girl, 14-year-old Teresa Fletcher, reportedly ran away from the group home May 28, according to the police. Fletcher also ran away from a group home in Oakland and was later found, police said.

In a statement released earlier in the day, police asked for help in finding a second runaway but she was found in San Francisco shortly after the release was sent out.

Police ask anyone with information about Fletcher to contact them at 528-5222.
