Dyanna Stetina, a senior civil engineer with Brelje & Race Consulting Engineers in Santa Rosa, has joined the firm’s ownership group as an associate. She specializes in water and wastewater design projects for municipal agencies and special districts and also works with winery and vineyard clients.

Destiny Rodriguez, Jodi Seward, Susan Bryer-Shelton, Amanda Begley and Jessica Wentz have joined the Center for Climate Protection in Santa Rosa.

Rodriguez is a community organizer. She has worked for more than 10 years on air quality, health, and environmental issues in the Central Valley, including for the Central California Asthma Collaborative, Central Valley Air Quality Coalition, Coalition for Clean Air, National Parks Conservation Association, and the San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust.

Seward is assistant to the executive director. Originally a volunteer for the center, she came out of retirement to take the position.

Bryer-Shelton is energy program coordinator and will manage the center’s Solar Sonoma County and Business for Clean Energy programs. She has 25 years of experience as a nonprofit fundraiser, event manager, and real estate agent.

Begley is the ECO2 school program coordinator. She previously worked at Climate Resolve and as the senior manager of Environmental Education at TreePeople in Los Angeles.

Wentz has joined the center’s board of directors. She serves as a staff attorney and associate research scholar at Columbia Law School’s Sabin Center for Climate Change Law.

Jim Twiford has joined the Petaluma office of Cardno as a senior technical consultant. He has more than 30 years of experience performing assessment and remediation of contaminated sites and providing environmental compliance for the National Environmental Protection Act and the California Environmental Quality Act.
