Jane Saldaña-Talley has been named interim vice president for academic affairs at Santa Rosa Junior College. She also kept her previous position as chief administrator of the SRJC Petaluma campus and will continue oversight of the District Office of Institutional Research.

She joined the college in 2007 and earlier worked as vice president of administrative services at Paradise Valley Community College, a dean of college planning and budget at Modesto Junior College and a vice president for student services at Columbia College.

Amy Ahanotu, Lindsay Jones and Wilson Tengnguyen were promoted at Santa Rosa-based Redwood Credit Union.

Ahanotu was named regional vice president/branch experience and will oversee branches in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol and Sonoma. He has been with the credit union since 2005 and has 30 years of banking and management experience. He is a member of the Rohnert Park City Council.

Jones also was named regional vice president/branch experience and will oversee branches in Napa, Marin and San Francisco. She has been with the credit union for 13 years, most recently as the Napa branch manager and earlier the Point Arena branch manager.

Tengnguyen will manage the credit union’s Mill Valley branch. He has been with the credit union seven years and had been an assistant branch manager in Mill Valley. He previously worked as an assistant branch manager at Luther Burbank Savings and a personal banker at Provident Credit Union.

Chuck Fernandez was named CEO of the Committee on the Shelterless. He has served the homeless for seven years and previously had been CEO of Catholic Charities of the East Bay and executive director of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa.

David Bowman, Elizabeth Fritzinger and Sue Rataj have joined the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Sonoma County.

Bowman is an executive vice president for Jackson Family Wines.

Fritzinger is an associate in the law firm of Abbey, Weitzenberg, Warren & Emery.

Rataj was chief executive of energy giant BP’s global petrochemicals business before retiring in 2011.
