Singer, cookbook author Trisha Yearwood set for BottleRock Napa Valley's culinary stage

Grammy Award-winning country music singer and best-selling cookbook author Trisha Yearwood will top the roster for appearances on the culinary stage at the BottleRock Napa Valley in May, festival officials announced Tuesday.

The seventh annual festival will present more than 80 bands playing on six stages May 24-26 at the Napa Valley Expo fairgrounds in Napa, and the culinary stage, where celebrity chefs mingle with music stars, is a big attraction every year.

Music headliners for the festival are Mumford & Sons, Imagine Dragons, Neil Young and Promise of the Real, Pharrell Williams, Santana and Logic.

The culinary lineup this year also features Padma Lakshmi of TV’s “Top Chef,” Antoni Porowski of TV’s “Queer Eye,” Masaharu Morimoto of TV’s “Iron Chef” and Travel Channel star Andrew Zimmern.

Musicians who will join the star cooks on the culinary stage include Alice Cooper, Big Boi, Lukas Nelson, Michael Franti, Tre Cool of Green Day, and Ben McKee and Daniel Platzman of Imagine Dragons.

Other celebrities scheduled to appear include film actor Jeff Goldblum, Jake Peavy and Kristian Nairn from HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” and Eric McCormack of the TV series “Will & Grace,” as well as star wrestlers the Bella Twins.

All VIP passes for the 2019 festival are sold out, but limited three-day passes, starting at $359, and single-day passes, priced from $159, are available at bottlerocknapavalley.com
