The talented culinary crew at Kendall-Jackson has launched a series of monthly “Cooking with KJ” classes at its Santa Rosa wine estate and gardens.

Many of the Tuesday night classes start in the winery’s sprawling garden, carefully curated and cared for by K-J Head Gardener Tucker Taylor. Chef Dirk Yeaton will lead a class on summer grilling at 5:30 p.m. May 19, just in time for the Memorial Day holiday. Class size is limited to 12 and cost is $120.

Learn about the whole animal butchering in a demonstration class with a shared meal at the end at 5:30 p.m. June 16. Cost is $80.
