The Amgen Tour of California will include Lance Armstrong. And road closures.
The TOC will run Feb. 14-22 and finish in Santa Rosa on Feb. 15. A series of rolling road closures will begin at 8 p.m. on Feb. 14.
The peak of the closures will arrive around 2 p.m. on Feb. 15 and all roads will be reopened by 8 p.m. on Feb. 15. For complete details, visit www.srcity.or/toc.

Phase 1, 8 p.m.: Santa Rosa Ave ? 1st to 3rd, 3rd to 4th, 4th to 5th. (3rd and 4th St. to remain open).
FEB. 15
Phase 2, begins at approximately 2 a.m.: Santa Rosa Ave. ? 1st to 5th. 3rd St. ? B to D. 4th St. ? B to D.
Phase 3, begins at 8 a.m.: 1st St. ? SR Ave. to D. 3rd, 4th and 5th St. ? D to Brookwood. Ross St. ? B to Mendocino. Sonoma Ave. ? SR to E. 3rd St. ? Wilson to B. Brookwood ? 2nd to 5th. Santa Rosa Ave. ? Sonoma to 1st. B St. ? 3rd to 7th. D and E St. ? Sonoma to 5th. Morgan St. ? 3rd to 4th.
Phase 4, begins at 11 a.m.: B St. ? 7th to Healdsbrug Ave. 8th St. ? B to A. A St. ? 7th to 9th. Wilson St. ? 9th to 3rd. Davis St. ? 4th to 3rd. Morgan St. ? 10th to 9th.
Phase 5, begins at 2 p.m.: Calistoga Rd., Badger Rd., Brush Creek Rd., Hwy 12 WB from Mission to 4th St. and 4th St. from Hwy 12 to Brookwood closed.
Phase 6, begin at 3:30 p.m.: Brookwood from 3rd St. to 5th St. and 4th St. from Brookwood to College Ave. closed.
Phase 7, until approximately 8 p.m.: Santa Rosa Ave./Mendocino Ave. from 1st to 5th St. 3rd and 4th St. from B to D.
