Police: Missing 14-year-old Santa Rosa boy returned home

An at-risk teenager who went missing Wednesday morning has returned home safely, officials announced Friday morning.

On Thursday morning, police asked for the public’s help in finding Tyrus Sutton-Towns, 14, after he had not been heard from since leaving his residence in the northwest part of the city.

The Santa Rosa Police Department thanked everyone who assisted with the investigation in an Facebook post.
