Three-car collision snarls traffic on Highway 101 in Novato
A three-car collision blocked a northbound lane on Highway 101 in Novato, backing up traffic for about an hour Tuesday morning.
One person involved in the crash complained of back pain, but no other injuries were reported by 9:17 a.m., said Marin-area CHP Officer Andrew Barclay, an agency spokesman.
The collision happened just south of the Atherton Avenue on-ramp and was reported at about 8:41 a.m., he said.
The crash involved a BMW, Toyota Prius and a third unidentified vehicle. Two tow trucks were called to the crash site.
Information about the total number of people involved in the collision was not immediately available.
