A Tiburon mansion tied to Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich is for sale for $12 million.

The 13,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms and nine baths. It features a recording studio, underground sport court, pool and sauna, and an aquarium over a bathtub, among many other amenities. The sale also includes two separate, buildable, adjoining lots, which the current homeowner purchased years ago, to better secure his privacy.

Public records list Ulrich as a past owner of the property, which is now under a trust. Steven Mavromihalis with Compass is the current listing agent.

Metallica bandmate Kirk Hammett has also listed his San Francisco mansion for $11.9 million.

Metallica is currently on its WorldWired tour through the U.S. and Europe.
